3. DOOMWAR (2010)

To begin, speculation continues concerning Doctor Doom joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to ScreenRant, Namor is the villain in the movie, and not Doctor Doom. 2. BLACK PANTHER: A NATION UNDER OUR FEET (2016)
Incredibly, Black Panther: A Nation Under Our Feet by Ta-Nehisi Coates (2016) is the most important Black Panther graphic novel of the 2010s. Gloriously, the writer has crafted one of the most emotional Black Panther stories. Though there is no direct mention of the people and the Midnight Angels, the comic is still a great backstory on Wakanda and its monarchy.

1. BLACK PANTHER: POWER (2010)

Certainly, Black Panther: Power (2010) written by critically acclaimed producer-writer Reginald Hudlin, is the true inspiration for the movie. From the plot and the trailers, Shuri has replaced T’Challa as the new Black Panther. Similar to the comic, Wakanda is invaded by Namor during the AvX saga. It is unclear if a similar event occurs in the movie, though the movie may introduce the first modern mutant in preparation for The Mutants and the X-Men.
