During the storyline, Bucky Barnes becomes the new Captain America in Captain America #34. In The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), it is Falcon who carries on the Super-Soldier mantle.

BUCKY BARNES BECOMES CAPTAIN AMERICA
In Captain America (2008) #34, Bucky Barnes makes his first appearance as Captain America. In a news-worthy comic by Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting, Tony Stark proposes Bucky to erase the Winter Soldier and take up the mantle after the death of Steve Rogers. Importantly, the events follow after Civil War and the passage of the Superhuman Registration Act.

ALPHA FLIGHT MAKES ITS FIRST APPEARANCE IN UNCANNY X-MEN #120
