In Infinity Gauntlet (1991) #3, titled “Preparations for War”, Adam Warlock performs a durability feat. In the Star Chamber, Adam Warlock and Silver Surfer convene with the Living Tribunal and the Magistrati against Thanos who has conquered the Infinity Gauntlet. During the meeting, an angered Galactus fires eye-beams at Adam Warlock, seemingly killing him. Incredibly, Adam Warlock survives the blasts.
How much durability does it take for Adam Warlock to survive Galactus’ eye-beams?

Adam Warlock withstood Galactus’ eye-beams. We will use his Soul Gem in order to estimate Adam Warlock’s durability.
NUMBER CRUNCHING
In order to estimate Warlock’s durability, we will use a well-known fact that has become a part of his power-set. In Marvel Premiere (1972) #2, we learn the first appearance of Him as Adam Warlock and his bonding to the Soul Gem. Since the power is important to Him becoming Adam Warlock and developing an identity, it is properly part of his identity and evolution in the cosmic hierarchy.
Importantly, we learn that the Soul Gem is a portal to the Soul World, a dimension created by the Gem. Moreover, the Soul Gem is part of the six Infinity Gems and has infinite power.
In fact, we speculate that when Galactus blasted Adam Warlock, disintegrating him, the soul of the mage went to Soul World, was reconstituted with his body and then teleported back to the Star Chamber.
SUPER STRENGTH
Adam Warlock generated an infinite amount of energy with his Soul Gem. In order to survive Galactus’ eye-beams, Adam Warlock had to generate an Infinite-Level of Durability.
