Hulk imploded the Abomination’s face with a punch. We will calculate Abomination’s durability in order to estimate Hulk’s super strength.
In Thor (1970) #178, Thor ends up on the Stranger’s prison-world called Labworld. At the beginning of the issue, Abomination crash-lands from space on Labworld. Incredibly, he survives re-entry with no damage.

We will use this feat to estimate Hulk’s super strength.
Since Abomination crash landed on Labworld with no damage, he can survive planetary re-entry. From The Appendix To The Handbook of The Marvel Universe, we find that Labworld is about the size of Uranus and about 4 times Earth’s gravity. And Abomination has a mass of 444.52 kg.
If we assume that Abomination’s re-entry is approximately from the altitude of Uranus’ rings, low orbit was around 12000 km. Let’s calculate the total energy from his kinetic energy and potential energy assuming it was re-entry on Uranus. On Uranus, the proposed re-entry speeds for future probes are 26000 meters per second.
ENERGY FROM RE-ENTRY
Total Energy = U = 1/2mv2 + mgh = (0.5)(444.52 kg * 260002 m/s) + (444.52 kg * 9.81 m/s2 * 4 * 12000000 m) = 281327817600 J.
Then, we can estimate Abomination’s durability from his re-entry by calculating the temperature he can withstand.
