In our article, we list 4 important Ant-Man lines from Avengers: The Earth’s Mightiest Heroes (2010-2012). On Earth-8096, though known for his humor as Scott Lang, the other Henry Pym version of Ant-Man is also more serious. Though, he does have jokes even in the heat of battle.
Below, you can read our Top 4 Ant-Man lines from the series.
4. 459 (2010)
In Avengers: The Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes assemble with Universal Acclaim. What makes the show stand out, is the show’s earnest celebration of the Avengers and their relationship dynamics. In Season 1, an unidentified object crashlands on Earth, Henry Pym and Jan are called to investigate with Carol Danvers. Meanwhile, they are having relationship issues and it is a problem they must resolve. In a poignant moment, Ant-Man who reveals his characteristic naiveté and neglicence towards a possible Kree invasion says: “But the robot was destroyed….” In reality, the robot sentry was not.

3. COME THE CONQUEROR (2011)

In Season 1: Episode 13 (2011), the Avengers face their most overwhelming foe yet. In a possible preview of The Kang Dynasty movie, Kang invades New York and the Earth. In “Come the Conqueror,” the Avengers are not prepared for a full-scale invasion. Importantly, though Ant-Man certainly cares about Earth, his lack of preparation shows he is a scientist and not a warrior. Remarkably, one of Henry’s best lines: “Well, why New York then? There are no tactical targets in the city.” To which Captain America responds that the Avengers are tactical targets.
2. ULTRON-5 (2011)
In fandom, it is well-known that Ant-Man’s second greatest invention, Ultron, is also his greatest failure. In Season 1: Episode 17, the Avengers and Fantastic Four are under attack. After a series of trials, they trace the villain to be “Ultron-5” who has upgraded his capabilities. From his dream of world peace, Ultron subverts Ant-Man’s programming for human extinction. Here, Ant-Man has an intellectual debate with the A.I.: “You may be right Ultron. This isn’t exactly the peace and order that I’ve programed you to try and achieve, is it?” Perhaps, one of Pym’s superpower is rhetoric since even Ultron agrees.

1. YELLOWJACKET (2012)

Certainly, Eternity once named Hank Pym Earth’s Scientist Supreme. Though Hank is not without his hubris, perhaps his greatest failure is his mental issue. In Season 2 (2012), the series takes a more comedic tone. After Henry fakes his death, he re-appears as Yellowjacket. Now more vicious, he engages the Avengers in battle. In a fight with Thor, he shows some humor: “Getting mad and throwing lightning bolts, a real tough strategy to crack. Next he’ll probably brag about his hammer.”
[…] An important element of Flash and his mythos, is the legacy he leaves to his successors. When Barry Allen…
