‘Amazing Spider-Man Annual’ (1966) #3 marks the second appearance of Spider-Man and Hulk in Marvel continuity. The issue featured the Avengers’ offer for Spider-Man to join and indeed, a brief scuffle between Spidey and none other than… Captain America! ‘Nuff said!
