In space, Superman performs the Infinite Mass Punch in order to destroy the Shadow Moon created by Shadow Thief. Importantly, the space body was headed towards Earth at 7614000 km/h.
How much super strength does it take for Superman to destroy the Shadow Moon?
IMPORTANTLY, SUPERMAN TRAVELING FASTER-THAN-LIGHT SHATTERED THE SHADOW MOON. AND WITH THE SAME MASS AS THE MOON, THE SPACE OBJECT WAS TRAVELING TOWARDS EARTH AT 7614000 KILOMETERS AN HOUR.
SIMILARLY, SUPERMAN HAD TO GENERATE AT LEAST 1.6433897*1035 J OF KINETIC ENERGY. HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO GENERAL RELATIVITY SUPERMAN HAD TO GENERATE INFINITE KINETIC ENERGY IN ORDER TO ACCELERATE HIS MASS NEAR INFINITY.

With the Infinite Mass Punch, Superman destroyed the Shadow Moon. We will calculate the kinetic energy of the falling Shadow Moon and comment about general relativity.
NUMBER CRUNCHING
First, let’s calculate the kinetic energy of the Shadow Moon. Since it had the same mass of the moon, its mass was 7.34767309*1022 kg and not 81 billion tons. According to GL John Stewart, the moon was heading towards Earth at 7614000 km/h or 2115000 m/s. Let’s calculate the kinetic energy.
KE = 1/2mv2 = (1/2)(7.34767309*1022 kg)(2115000 m/s*2115000 m/s) = 1.6433897*1035 J.
In other words, Superman would have to generate close to the energy of the Milky Way galaxy in order to shatter the Shadow Moon.
However, Superman likely traveled FTL and accelerated his mass to infinity. In general relativity, the Infinite Mass Punch would have to generate infinite kinetic energy in order to shatter the Shadow Moon.
Traveling at FTL speed, Superman traveled at a speed of 1.5358782*1033 m/s, 5.1367164*1024 times the speed of light:
