SYNOPSIS FOR “DISSONANCE”
Count Vertigo travels from Vlatava and comes to America. He wants to face off against Green Arrow for taking something, namely the archer Shado. Still reeling from their previous encounter, Green Arrow must rise up in order to save the people of Seattle.

Count Vertigo has come to America and is causing mayhem in Seattle. Green Arrow must overcome his eardrum injury in order to face Count Vertigo on the streets of Seattle.
