PRODUCT REVIEWS

I know Faulkner was a major influence on Cormac McCarthy (especially for his early Southern Gothic novels). I just scored this Faulkner collection from the used bookstore. Which Faulkner short story is your favorite?

POSITIVE REVIEW

There are 406 global ratings with 80 positive reviews. One positive review said: “The stories are, for the most part, fantastic. Barn Burning and A Rose for Emily are stories I’ve read dozens of times and still enjoy. Bear Hunt is superb, told by Ratliff after an introduction by an unnamed narrator. This story in particular has stuck with me as it is both humorous and poignant. It’s also one that lends itself to retelling as I did just the other day.”

NEGATIVE REVIEW
