PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Misa. Maxima. Riot. Barrage. Anomaly. Together, they are the Superman Revenge Squad! Hell-bent on settling the score, will they succumb to the Man of Steel’s wrath or will they escape it? And what does their sinister mastermind have in store for the beleaguered Kryptonian?
Critically, “Superman: The Man of Steel (1991-2003) #65” is one of the best character moments in Superman history Post-Crisis. Thematically, the comic deals with unrequited love, revenge and character evolution. Namely, Maxima.
To sum, the story is about Maxima joining the Superman Revenge Squad. Previously, the Man of Steel rejected her advances to become her mate.
Critically-acclaimed Louise Simonson and Sal Buscema collaborate on the story. Indeed, the writing shines in the story highlighting the characters’ opposing moral ethos. Meanwhile, Buscema’s retro style fits with the 90s and the idea of an old-fashioned Superman. And Maxima vs Superman.
Certainly, this is an EVENT you do not want to miss. Indeed, share this comic to fans of Superman and at birthdays. Definitely, it is worth its price and will leave you wanting for more Superman! And Maxima!
The Kindle and Comixology formats are available.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SCORES
Critically, “Superman: The Man of Steel (1991-2003) #65” is the event that forever changed Superman and Maxima. Previously, Superman refused to become Maxima’s mate. Now, she has joined the Superman Revenge Squad, bent on destroying the Man of Steel.
In many respects, the events documents Maxima’s descent into villainy. At the same time, it foreshadows awesome changes in Superman’s life starting with Superman (1987-2006) #123. With his new powers, we welcome Superman Red and Superman Blue.
The comic is great for your collection. You will definitely love the retro style of art, the focus on action and on character development. This is the comic to own in order to build your Comixology collection.
