In 2018, Marvel Comics relaunched their comics with Fresh Start. Importantly, the comic changed the Legacy heroes and restored the classic heroes such as Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk or Thor. With the relaunch, their origins were restored and the important marriage between Spider-Man and Mary Jane was resumed.
This week, the new Luke Cage: Gang War #2 comic releases. Today, we celebrate Luke Cage and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

At the Marvel: Next Big Thing panel at SDCC 2023, Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski and Executive Editor Nick Lowe announced the next Marvel event called Gang War that tells the story of Spider-Man’s and his allies’ war on crime in New York.
Importantly, Luke Cage: Gang War (2023) #2 is written by superstars Rodney Barnes and Ramon Bachs. Definitely a great way to get excited for the MCU.
