In an article by Business Insider in 2017, we learn about The LEGO movie sequel. Director Chris McKay inspired himself from 78 years of DC history about Batman’s attempt to save Gotham from his nemesis.

Like the comics, the film continues the storyline of Batman as a lone hero, paranoid who seeks justice. In one of the best scenes of the movie, Batman realizes that Joker may be his nemesis!

Though The LEGO Batman Movie (2017) is about science-fiction and family entertainment, it does deal with important themes of family, parental guidance and modern mores.

Importantly, in one of the most comedic scenes of the movie, Dick Grayson visits the Batcave, discovers Batman’s secret identity, the Batmobile and becomes Robin. In fact, the heroes formulate the plan to exile Joker to the Phantom Zone.

Cinematically, Chris McKay is a sharp humor filmmaker who excels at creative storytelling and science-fiction cinema. In fact, his directional debut is a franchise production that reveals his filmmaking mastery.

Importantly, the movie features one of the most memorable scenes to continue the first act. Batman showcases a typical day in his hi-tech Batcave filled with gadgets, and supercomputers. In the interview, McKay revealed he inspired his animation from his  Robot Chicken work for Adult Swim.
