SYNOPSIS FOR “ENTRY”
Thanos is seeking redemption for his destruction of Rigel-3 and his past misdeeds.
In an attempt to prevent Galactus from consuming Rigel-18, Thanos hacks into Galactus’ databases.
And he discovers Galactus’ plan to use the Infinity Stones to sustain himself and rid himself of his hunger.
However, Thanos discovers someone has tampered with Galactus’ files. Can Thanos act to prevent Galactus from enacting his enemy’s nefarious plan?

THE FIGHT
In ‘Thanos’ (2004) #5, Thanos sneaks in aboard Galactus’ vessel as Galactus prepares to gather the Infinity Gems with the Focusing Crux. Galactus intends to rid himself of his hunger for consuming planets.
A confrontation follows between Galactus and Thanos.
What a clash! It turns out that Galactus’ portal opens the door for the Hunger, a universal entity that feeds on whole realities. Boy! Galactus and Thanos have their fight cut out for them!
