#WEDONTACCEPTLUTHORSMEACULPA
In Superman (2023) #1, Superman and Lex Luthor protect Metropolis against Luthor’s enemies. After Infinite Frontier, Lex Luthor is in prison and Superman has been monitoring him with his super-hearing. At the same time, he has been helping Superman from prison to fight super-villains in Metropolis. When a red and blue tornado appears over Lexcorp, Superman investigates.
With a series of nanobots, the building is rebuilt with a giant Superman symbol at the top. Soon, Mercy Graves meets him and tells him that Lex Luthor has given control of Lexcorp to Superman and has renamed it Supercorp. Importantly, if Superman doesn’t agree, the company will be dissolved and half of the people in Metropolis will lose their jobs. Certainly, #WeDontAcceptLuthorsMeaCulpa.

AGAINST LEX LUTHOR: REBRANDING TO SUPERCORP MAY DAMAGE SUPERMAN’S REPUTATION
In the issue, Parasite attacks Superman and even the Superman Family. Though the villain claims his new powers were given to him by enemies other than Lex Luthor.
Later issues in the Supercorp story arc, we find out that Lex Luthor has enemies that want to control Metropolis because he is incarcerated. In effect, Lex wants Superman to inherit his enemies and fight his wars by proxy. Indeed, Supercorp might damage Superman’s reputation.
