IN DC DAY EXPLAINED
IN THE NEW 52, WONDER WOMAN AND SUPERGIRL ARE EVENLY MATCHED IN STRENGTH AND SPEED
In ‘Supergirl’ (2013) #17, Wonder Woman and Superman attack H’el’s Star Chamber at the location of the Fortress of Solitude. In reality, H’el intends to time travel to the past in order to prevent the destruction of Krypton, in effect, creating a Big Bang. During the battle, Wonder Woman fights Supergirl. Though Wonder Woman admires Supergirl’s bravery she has no sympathy for her misguided grief.
Though, it appears both fighters are evenly matched in strength and speed. As Wonder Woman manages to tie Supergirl in the Lasso Of Truth, she states the difference-maker is experience or perhaps, fighting-skill. In some ways, this is true. However, Supergirl has been stated to be stronger than Superman Post-Crisis. How does this work?

POST-CRISIS, SUPERGIRL HAS BEEN STATED TO BE MORE POWERFUL THAN SUPERMAN
In ‘Superman/Batman: The Supergirl From Krypton’, Supergirl arrives on Earth in a pod. Her arrival immediately creates conflicts within the superhero community, notably with Batman and Wonder Woman. The Trinity is at odds with Kara: Superman trusts her and wants her to experience Earth culture, Batman sees her as a potential threat and Wonder Woman wants to train her in case of a war. Unfortunately, things go awry and Kara is captured from Themyscira and brought to Apokoolips by Darkseid.
The Trinity prepares a mission to rescue Kara from Apokolips. But it may already be too late for the Kryptonian teenager who was brainwashed by Darkseid and his minions. Superman is forced to fight Kara. During the battle, Superman notes that Kara may be stronger than him. This does not prevent him from winning the fight by using a lead-lined Kryptonite ring. There have been other instances where Supergirl has been stated to be more powerful than Superman.

During “Supergirl: Girl Power,” Lex Luthor used Black Kryptonite to split Supergirl into two: Good Supergirl and Evil Supergirl. During the storyline, Supergirl fights Superman again.
During the fight, she reiterates the statement that the superhero community thinks Supergirl is more powerful than Superman. But Superman counters that she should not believe everything she hears. However, it has been explained that the reason is because Supergirl does not know how to hold back.

POST-CRISIS, SUPERMAN AND WONDER WOMAN ARE EVENLY MATCHED

IN POST-CRISIS AND NEW 52, SUPERMAN AND WONDER WOMAN CAN DEFEAT SUPERGIRL
In the New 52, Superman is portrayed as stronger than Supergirl. During the “H’el On Earth” storyline, Superman takes on H’el in the Star Chamber for the second time. In their first encounter, H’el dominated Superman all across the board. In their second encounter, Superman no longer holds back. By delivering devastating punches, Superman gains the upper hand on H’el.
It appears that in the New 52, Superman is stronger than Wonder Woman and Supergirl. On the other hand, Wonder Woman manages to keep up with Superman due to her experience. At the same time, Wonder Woman managed to defeat Supergirl because of her experience and perhaps, because Supergirl in the New 52 does not hold back also. In any incarnation since Post-Crisis, Wonder Woman has the advantage.
