Over the years, Beyonder has undergone multiple ret-cons. In New Avengers (2015) #33, part of the Time Runs Out event, we learn his new origin story:
The being known as the Beyonder is, in fact, a young member of an ancient otherworldly race known as the Beyonders. He was dragged to Earth by the super-villains geniuses group Intel by a tachyon beam meant to attract a Vibranium meteorite.

During the Marvel Now! (2012 Event), we learn of the Beyonders’ experiments on the Marvel multiverse. In every universe, they had planted a singularity under the form of Molecule Man. When Molecule Man died, his death would cause the death of the universe.
In effect, the Beyonders planned to witness the destruction of the multiverse.

Notably, the Beyonders possess Nigh-omnipotence at the Multiversal scale. Importantly, their incredible power allows them to kill Living Tribunal in every universe simultaneously. Their power can defeat the cosmic entities of Eternity and the Celestials of every universe.
In New Avengers (2015) #33, Molecule Man and Doctor Doom journey across the multiverse. In order to stop the Beyonders’ plan, Owen plans to kill every version of himself 25 years in the past.
After seven years in the past, Molecule Man kills another version and an incursion eventually occurs. It is a chain reaction that causes a contraction in the multiverse. With each universe colliding with another, Earth is at the point of impact.
Though the Beyonders did not directly cause the incursion, they ultimately show how powerful their singularity is. As a living bomb, Molecule Man has the power to destroy the infinite Marvel multiverse.
Really, the Beyonders possess nigh-omnipotence: avatar creation, vast energy blasts, super strength, regeneration, super speed, dimensional travel.

In Secret Wars (2016) #9, Doctor Doom and Mister Fantastic battle in the white hot room. Previously, Doctor Doom used Molecule Man as a bomb to steal the Beyonders’ power. After the incursions, he created Battleworld, where he reigned as God-Doom.
When Mister Fantastic defeats Doom, Molecule Man uses the Beyonders’ omnipotence to recreate a single Marvel universe. Really, this shows the Beyonders have the power to create and to destroy the Marvel universe.

THE BEYONDERS DECIMATED THE CELESTIAL HOSTS
In New Avengers (2015) #30, the Beyonders decimated the remaining Celestial hosts. Previously, Yellowjacket shrank his size to explore the universe.
Per chance, he found the Builders stumbling on a trap for an enemy. As it happens, it was laid out for the Celestials. Really, the Celestials possess Universal-Level power that can rival the Infinity Gauntlet.
THREE BEYONDERS KILL THE LIVING TRIBUNAL SIMULTANEOUSLY IN EVERY UNIVERSE
In New Avengers (2015) #30, the Beyonders killed Living Tribunal. Previously, Yellowjacket shrank his size to explore the universe.
After the Beyonders had slayed the cosmic entities, Living Tribunal appeared. Incredibly, the battle occurred in every single reality in the Marvel multiverse.
And it took three Beyonders in order to kill Living Tribunal simultaneously in every reality.
Finally, considering Living Tribunal is as powerful as Adam Warlock with the Infinity Gauntlet, the Beyonders are Nigh-Omnipotent in Energy Projection.
